Evolve-Digital’s Strategic Services are more expansive than our Advisory Services and provide clients with greater support as they start to formalize their initiatives and direction.

Why Strategic Services?

Once your organization has determined that they want to do something regarding Digital, the work really gets started.  As your initiatives move forward, you may need more dedicated assistance but are not yet ready to engage a larger team in a traditional engagement model.

Strategic Services is designed to provide broader and deeper engagement while still working on the strategic aspects of your program.  We will keep your initiatives moving forward, helping create the strategies and understand the organizational, process, and customer impacts as you build a foundation and approach for change management.

What are Strategic Services?

Strategic Services bring the thinking to the next level of detail.  Typical services include:

  • Business Strategy – How will your go to market strategy evolve with your potential investments in digital?
  • Customer Experience / Engagement Strategy – How will you interact with customers and present a consistent presence across both traditional and digital channels?
  • Competitive Analysis – As you look across your competitive landscape, how does your organization compare?  How will investments in digital change this positioning?  Where should you invest in parity vs. differentiation?
  • Organizational Readiness Assessment – Is your organization ready to undertake the digital transformation that is coming?  What roles are likely to change?  What skills are needed in the future?  How do we realign resources based on new ways of working?
  • Process Assessment – How will your business processes need to change as your organization evolves?  Do you have all the processes in place to support a digital infrastructure?
  • Business Capabilities Definition – What capabilities are desired by your customers and associates?  How do you prioritize given the realities of budget, timing, and resources?

How does Strategic Services work?

Our Strategic Services engagement model involves a recurring retainer of hours (typically 12 – 24 hours per week). You will have a single point of contact with Evolve-Digital that serves as your primary consultant who can tap into other expertise as needed to help your organization.

Our Consultant will be paired with one or more folks within your organization as a point of contact for scheduling, gathering documentation, and sharing deliverables.

We also provide a secure site for document storage, and all Evolve-Digital generated materials.  You can use our space or move the information into your network at your convenience.

Flexibility to meet your needs

At the onset, we’ll collaborate on sessions, stakeholders, scope, and timing.  We can adjust this as needed as your team gets up to speed and the initiative gains momentum.
